British Board of Agrément
The BBA is the UK’s major authority offering approval of construction products, systems and installers.. Supporting our Agrément Certificate product approval work, we undertake testing, factory and site inspections. We also offer management and environmental systems certification against the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series and product testing to European and other Standards. National Insulation Association
The NIA represents the insulation industry in the UK. NIA members include manufacturers and installers of a number of insulation solutions for your home or business. Both the NIA and its members are fully committed to maintaining and raising standards within the insulation industry. [external link]

Insulated Render and Cladding Association
The Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) is the recognised trade association for the external wall insulation (EWI) industry. It represents the major system designers offering BBA or BRE tested insulated render and cladding systems proven in UK climatic conditions, a nationwide network of specialist installers with a minimum of 2 years experience in EWI, and the key component suppliers.[external link]
Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency
The Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency provides independent 25 year guarantees for Cavity Wall Insulation fitted by registered installers in the UK and Channel islands.
The Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency was established in consultation with the Government's Energy, Environment and Waste Directorate (a division of DETR) to provide householders with an independent, uniform and dependable guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship.
CIGA also operates and administers the Cavity Wall Insulation Self Certification scheme (CWISC) in association with the British Board of Agrément. The scheme provides homeowners with the comfort of knowing that work by registered contractors complies with the requirements of the Building regulations.
